Associate Sales & Business Operations Regional Retail Specialist prepares and enters customer orders into business systems. Works collaboratively with team to ensure that orders are processed timely and accurately. Develops and applies customer-centric approach with both internal and external customers. This position requires hybrid working arrangement: working from home and in the office in Warsaw.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and administrate sales orders within company systems
  • Maintain and control data in the systems with high quality
  • Make recommendations to streamline or improve processes
  • Follow up to ensure processes are executed appropriately, modified if necessary and evaluated for effectiveness
  • Communication and coordination with Diebold Nixdorf entities and suppliers
  • Work collaboratively with team members and colleagues, delivering on assigned tasks and projects


Required Qualification:

  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English (at least B2 level)
  • High school degree and ideally university degree
  • 0-1 year or more years of experience
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office package
  • Flexibility, accuracy and enjoying working in a team


Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of ERP system
  • Experience with administrative tasks in an industrial or IT company
